We would like to introduce you to our project RAINBOW CENTER, a logistics park in the heart of Europe, in Banská Bystrica, Kremnička district. It is strategically located at a transport hub with quick access to Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest and Krakow with excellent visibility from the R1 road.
The logistics park has a warehouse with an area of 20,500 m2 and offices in a three-story administrative building with an area of 3,000 m2 with 146 parking spaces.
On the ground floor there are entrance areas, showrooms, shops. The spaces are designed as large-area offices with sufficient lighting of the spaces, with the possibility of adding transparent or solid partitions. Sanitary areas, kitchenettes and cleaning rooms are designed on each floor.

The park is located in the southern part of Banská Bystrica, in the city district Kremnička. From the west side is bounded by the R1 / E77 motorway, from the northeast side there is a direct access to the 1st-class road 69 and from the south side to the 3rd-class road 2414. The park is easily accessible from the city center and suburbs. Its perfect location offers great visibility from the R1 road.
We already have several logistics centers in Slovakia. But few of them can be proud of their synonyms: the area of the future. Such a park is located in the southern part of the town of Banská Bystrica, in the Kremnička district. If you are thinking about the exact location, we have a tool for you to get a better idea. The area is bounded on the west by the R1 expressway, from which two exits are accessible. From the northeast side there is a direct entrance to the first class road. The park is easily accessible from the center and suburbs and its perfect location offers excellent visibility from the R1.
