The mixed-use building also houses business operations on two floors of Block A, which can be interconnected and combined. On the first floor there are ten retail and office premises available, some of which are situated directly on Dunajská ulica. An attractive feature of these premises is the large display windows facing onto the street. Some of the business premises on the first floor are designed as a fluent continuation of the premises on the ground floor, which increases their potential for effective usage and also makes them more exclusive and attractive for customers.
For the people of Bratislava the area around Dunajská is a symbolic place with a strategic position in terms of life in the city centre. It has preserved this position to the present day, which is why we find well-known places and institutions in the vicinity, which in turn makes this a fine address to have.
As there will be over 200 parking places in the complex, its excellent position in terms of transport must also be highlighted. There is two-way access to the street with several turnoffs to main roads leading through Ulica 29. augusta, Lazaretská ulica, Klemensova or the actual exit from Dunajská directly below the Manderlak. The project utilises the last free space amongst existing buildings and sensitively complements the current appearance of this street in the Old Town.
