In Žilina the Obchodná office building will be built for 18 million euros

The construction of the Obchodná administrative building began in the Vlčince district of Žilina on Wednesday. After its completion, more than 13,000 square meters (m2) of leasable areas and more than 500 parking spaces in the underground garage and parking house will be created. It should be completed in the second quarter of 2023, the cost of construction will reach 18 million euros.

Slovaks start to like coworking. It will be used mainly by small companies

The total area of Slovak coworking spaces is 35,200 square meters.
