In the first quarter of 2023, the total office stock in Bratislava represented 2.02 million sqm. Compared to the previous quarter, the prime rent rose to the level of €17.5/sqm/month, the Bratislava Research Forum reports.

The project of the new Istropolis has passed another important milestone. He received the green light from the Magistrate of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, in the form of binding approvals for investment activities.
Mlynica is one of the shining examples of the revitalization of industrial buildings in Bratislava. Thanks to the architects of the GutGut architectural studio, the aerated concrete building was transformed into an impressive space, which, however, still honors and preserves its history. Today, it houses the modern office space of the architectural studio LINEAR.
