The main drivers in this respect are smaller companies with less than 100 employees who would like to have them physically back at work. Therefore, the offices will not disappear in the future. However, flexible, in other words hybrid work is gaining in popularity. Nearly 80 percent of companies with more than 10,000 employees are in favor of this form of work organization. This is the result of a global survey of the real estate consulting company CBRE among 130 companies from various countries in the region of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
