Campus as a teaching and research center

A new medical campus is to be established at the new Bory Hospital in Bratislava, which is scheduled to open in March next year. It will serve as a teaching and research center based on a public-private partnership. The aim is to share examples of best practice in the healthcare sector, technology transfer in terms of applying the results of research activities to medical processes and the development of an innovation culture.

The memorandum of understanding between the Bratislava self-governing region (BSK), Penta Hospitals International and the Slovak Medical University (SZU) was approved today by the Bratislava regional deputies. BSK spokeswoman Lucia Forman informed about it.
