The EINPARK Offices project introduces an improved connection of both sides of the Einstein Street and access to the Janko Kráľ Park (Sad Janka Kráľa), Aupark and the Old Town. For that purpose, a new, architecturally-unique solution for the pedestrian bridge is being installed together with integrated bus stop and new exterior elevator.
New tenants came to the Einpark administrative-residential complex with the greenest Einpark Offices offices with the LEED Platinum sustainability certificate in Petržalka, Bratislava. These are the multinational companies Dentsply Sirona and Metrohm.
The real estate market is constantly changing. With the advent of new regulations, green bonds and increasing pressure to invest in green funds, sustainability seems to be the biggest competitive advantage of the future.
The Slovak IT company Softec has become the largest tenant in the Einpark Offices building in Bratislava with the highest international environmental certificate LEED Platinum. The building, which is located by the city highway in Petržalka opposite the Incheba exhibition center, is from the workshop of architects A1 ReSpect + OFIS architects and its developer is Corwin. It was completed in 2020 and has 14 thousand square meters. Employees of office space workers also participated.
