We are looking for office space for an IT company, approximately 50m2 to 75m2, primarily in the center or wider center of BA. Number of rooms: min. 2, but ideally at least 3 rooms. Requirements: air conditioning, accessible shared kitchen, toilets, internet connection. We prefer to rent spaces furnished with at least tables/chairs, but it is not a necessity, we can provide it. The possibility of renting a meeting room on an ad hoc basis would be an advantage. The possibility of parking is an advantage.
