The complex is set into a green enviroment with a park in a prominent location adjacent to the picturesque Kuchajda Lake. The project benefits from magnificent views overlooking to lake, the surrounding hills of Bratislava, and the donwtown/castle district.
Phase 02 will be developed in accordance with modern design trends and technological requirements with a focus on highly-efficient ecological solutions.
The second phase of the office complex will be completed in coming years, and will provide offices and amenities with approximately 13,704 sqm including 13,031 sqm office area and 673 sqm of retail premised.
Phase 02 of the office building construction is expected to start in coming year. Further phases of the complex should follow.
