The developer J&T Real estate started the construction of Eurovea City at the end of 2019. The project was designed by architects from the GFI studio and the author of the concept of public spaces in the whole district is Barcelona architect and urban planner Beth Galí.

The gross value of the construction after completion (GDV - gross development value) should reach half a billion euros.

Eurovea 2 consists of six buildings - the extension of the Eurovea shopping center, the first Slovak Eurovea Tower skyscraper, the Eurovea Riverside waterfront residences, the Pribinova X, Pribinova Y office buildings and underground garages.

They will open a shopping center first

According to JTRE spokesman Daniel Suchý, the biggest construction progress is visible in the expansion of the shopping center, which has completed a rough construction, all escalators are installed and work on the interiors has begun these days.
