Founded in New York in 2013, WiredScore was founded by leaders in real estate, technology and telecommunications, with the support of then-Mayor Michael Bloomberg. They set themselves the goal of improving the city's technological infrastructure and supporting entrepreneurs who were making technological advances in New York and creating jobs in the industry.

Following its success in the US, the company expanded its operations to the United Kingdom, where in October 2015 it won a tender from the Greater London Authority to implement the London Digital Connectivity rating system. Meanwhile, international demand for digital connectivity rating systems has grown even more, and the company has expanded to France, Ireland, Germany and Canada. Since then, nearly 70 million square meters of commercial and residential space has been involved in the WiredScore evaluation, which employs and lives about 7 million people in 12 countries.

Technology fundamentally affects our way of life, our work and our connections with others. The last two years have shown that it is essential that the buildings where we live and work are digitally connected and offer intelligent solutions that make them better adapted to our technologically advanced way of life.

WiredScore's goal is to increase the technological level of buildings and thus bring better connectivity to the world, which will enable a more dynamic collaboration and a more innovative future. However, we must ask ourselves how important real estate is in today's techno-centric times and how they can retain it. To find out the answers to this and other questions with a focus on the European real estate market, WiredScore invites you to the WiredScore Future Forum on Tuesday 23 November.
