We would like to introduce you to our project RAINBOW CENTER, a logistics park in the heart of Europe, in Banská Bystrica, Kremnička district. It is strategically located at a transport hub with quick access to Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest and Krakow with excellent visibility from the R1 road. The logistics park has a warehouse with an area of ​​20,500 m2 and offices in a three-story administrative building with an area of ​​3,000 m2 with 146 parking spaces. On the ground floor there are entrance areas, showrooms, shops. The spaces are designed as large-area offices with sufficient lighting of the spaces, with the possibility of adding transparent or solid partitions.
