Jakub Seči, the architect behind the design of offices for Jan Becher Pernod Ricard, UniCredit Bank and Sev.en Energy in Prague, comes to Bratislava with the task of leading the architects department.

Developer Penta Real Estate has officially announced that it is starting the construction of a further tower in the Sky Park project. The Sky Park Residence 4 building, ie an apartment tower, which will be located east of the already completed three identical buildings, is being built. Bratislava's downtown will be supplemented by a new high-rise building.
