Its real estate division has, for example, acquisitions of the Aupark destination shopping center and the Aupark Tower in Petržalka, Bratislava. It bought a stake in Aupark in May 2021 from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for 450 million euros. The acquisition was evaluated as the largest real estate transaction in the history of Slovakia.

The Astrum Business Park office building is located at the intersection of two major city arteries in Warsaw - Jerusalem Alleys and Łopuszańska Street.

There are several bus stops and a train station nearby, and Frédéric Chopin Airport is 5 km away. Its construction was completed in two stages, in 2016 and 2018. The building has a total leasable area of ​​more than 23,000 m2 and is fully leased.

First the stock market, then reality

The investment group has been operating on the Warsaw Stock Exchange for 30 years. She has been analyzing the real estate market for more than two years and says she has great potential.

"The Polish real estate market is developing dynamically and is also the most liquid among the countries of Central and Eastern Europe," said the company's CEO Vladimír Jaroš. The transaction is subject to confirmation by the Polish tax office regarding the tax classification of the transaction.

The real estate fund WOOD & Company will buy the complex from Irydion Sp., A joint venture of the major engineering company Prochem S.A. and the investment fund LFI 1 FIZAN.

HB Reavis completes skyscraper

The Slovak developer HB Reavis is also active on the Polish market, currently building the Varso Tower project in the capital Warsaw. The skyscraper with a height of 310 meters, including the antenna, is part of a wider multifunctional project Varso Place on an area of ​​approximately 1.7 hectares with two other buildings with a height of 81 meters and 90 meters.

There is a hotel in one of them. The developer reports on its website that the completion of Varso Tower is scheduled for the middle of this year and Box plans to move to Varso Tower during 2023.

The complex achieved the highest rating at the Outstanding level in the BREEAM certification. It is also one of the first Polish projects with WELL pre-certification at the Gold level, the main goal of which is to evaluate the positive effects on the mental and physical health of people working in the building.

The developer Penta Real Estate was also present in Poland, and in 2020 closed the sale of its D48 office building in the Mokotow district of Warsaw. The buyer was the First Real Estate Fund from the portfolio of IAD Investments.

The Trend website, which belongs to the Penta group, wrote that the building has an L-shape - it consists of an 11- and 8-storey wing. It has 435 parking spaces in a two-storey underground. The capacity of the stands is complemented by 45 outdoor seats for cars and 100 seats for bicycles.

Last year, the developer conducted another store in Warsaw. He sold the building plot with the prepared DSP project to the international real estate company Lincoln Property Company and the investment group Enern. The land is in the Wola district and has an area of ​​6,500 m2. A zoning decision was issued for the project at that time.
