PENTA presents details of the Southbank project. Environmental protection will be a priority

In the coming weeks, PENTA is submitting documentation for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Southbank project, which will be built on the southern bank of the Danube, in the area between Bratislava's Old Bridge, the Apollo Bridge and the Harbor Bridge. The start of the construction of the first stage of the project is planned at the end of 2026. The project already includes professional environmental measures, with the aim of minimizing the negative effects of construction on the environment in the given area.

Penta Real Estate has bought land on the south bank of the Danube, is preparing a new project

Penta Real Estate bought land on the south bank of the Danube earlier this year. The seller is HB Reavis. The store includes land in the area between Bratislava's Old Bridge, Apollo Bridge and the Port Bridge Both parties have agreed that the amount of the transaction will not be disclosed. Through the acquisition of the land, Penta Real Estate acquired land with a total area of 85,000 square meters intended for future construction.
