Knowledge of development companies and projects is lower in the Bratislava region compared to Bratislava. A significant part of the population of the region, but also of the city, cannot name a single company or project. University-educated men tend to have the best overview in this sector. This follows from an exclusive survey conducted for the advertising agency 2Create in Go4Insight.
The expansion of the Lakeside Park 02 office project began to grow at a relatively unfortunate time, when the pandemic of the coronavirus COVID-19 was already in full swing and the office projects got into a difficult situation. Nevertheless, the developer Immocap and the owner of the Wood & Company building are successfully progressing with the construction and announcing that they are also successful in renting the premises.
Developer Penta Real Estate has officially announced that it is starting the construction of a further tower in the Sky Park project. The Sky Park Residence 4 building, ie an apartment tower, which will be located east of the already completed three identical buildings, is being built. Bratislava's downtown will be supplemented by a new high-rise building.
The multifunctional building Račianska - Pionierska in Novo Mesto was introduced in the course of 2018, when the intention of the project with housing, shops and offices near an important city crossroads was revealed. The group bought the administrative complex providing a total leasable area of 25,500 m2 from the Austrian real estate group CA Immo. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
Developer HB Reavis is one of the companies that has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. Preventive measures have affected key parts of the company's business, ie the construction and provision of administrative and retail premises. Despite the uncertainty, the developer continues to prepare a large office complex New Apollo.
