In these weeks and months, the developer J&T Real Estate is completing the construction of the multifunctional Klingerka complex, but is also making progress in preparing for the construction of its continuation. Klingerka II and III, which will fill the area after the former Gumon factory, received positive binding opinions from the City Hall. In the optimistic case, the development could be implemented as early as the beginning of 2023.
In the future, Bratislava could acquire a promenade pedestrian bridge following the example of several world capitals. Developer J&T Real Estate plans to combine its Eurovea projects and the upcoming New Lido on the individual Danube embankments in this way. For this purpose, he announced and in the meantime evaluated the student competition, where he looked for new perspectives on the possible form and shape of the bridge connection.
The first Slovak skyscraper reports an important milestone. Developer J&T Real Estate began pouring the concrete slab of the Eurovea Tower on Friday. With 168 meters, it will be the tallest building in Slovakia and officially the first skyscraper in the country.
Slovenská sporiteľňa Asset Management’s ERSTE Realitná Renta real estate fund has bought Zuckermandel’s office part from J&T Real Estate, a.s. This represents the 2019-founded fund’s first property portfolio acquisition.

The "Best Upcoming in Development" award was given by the jury of the CIJ Awards Slovakia modern district, which is growing on the site of a former industrial zone on the Danube embankment. Already the 16th year of the longest awarded real estate awards in Slovakia in 20 categories presented up to 77 nominated best projects, companies and teams operating on the real estate market. A jury of twelve renowned experts in the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries selected the winners in a two-stage vote. Readers of CIJ EUROPE magazine, which announces the awards, were also involved in the voting.
