At the beginning of December, a year had passed since the gates of the restored national cultural monument Pradiareň 1900 reopened and welcomed the first tenants. During this time, the developer YIT Slovakia has completed the adjacent square and continues to build the residential part of the ZWIRN project. A tenant in the field of private banking has recently joined the YIT itself, which has moved its headquarters to the building. A representative of the creative industry will soon join them.
The intention to build the National Cultural and Congress Center in Bratislava has progressed to the next phase. The state, regional self-government, the National Cultural and Congress Center (OZ NKKC) civic association and three developers - finalists - Immocap, Incheba and J&T Real Estate (JTRE) and the professional public agree on its importance for the development of congress tourism in Slovakia.
New tenants came to the Einpark administrative-residential complex with the greenest Einpark Offices offices with the LEED Platinum sustainability certificate in Petržalka, Bratislava. These are the multinational companies Dentsply Sirona and Metrohm.
