Penta withstood the crisis year 2020 perfectly

The Penta group closed the pandemic year of 2020 with a net profit of 134 million euros, while total assets of the portfolio companies reached 11.1 billion euros. Despite the pandemic, Penta invested 419 million euros in Capex for the development of its companies and projects. The group employs more than 43,000 people and has paid a total of 243 million euros in income tax and other social contributions.

J&T Real Estate reveals the final form of the Triangel II project

The definitive form of the plan has been revealed in recent days.

The Klingerka also reveals the rest of the facade

Currently, the tallest residential building in Slovakia, the Klingerka project from J&T Real Estate, is beginning to take on its final face. After removing the scaffolding from the lower part of the building, the upper part of the eastern façade also begins to be exposed. Soon, the color scheme of the building, which should associate the jute bags with a link to the original factory, should be full.

EUR 116 mln loan for Eurovea 2

Eurovea 2, a subsidiary of Slovakian developer J&T Real Estate (JTRE), has received a EUR 116 mln loan from a syndicate led by Tarta banka together with Slovenská sporiteľňa and UniCredit Bank for the extension of the Eurovea City multi-functional complex in Bratislava.

The "Best Upcoming in Development" award was given by the jury of the CIJ Awards Slovakia modern district, which is growing on the site of a former industrial zone on the Danube embankment. Already the 16th year of the longest awarded real estate awards in Slovakia in 20 categories presented up to 77 nominated best projects, companies and teams operating on the real estate market. A jury of twelve renowned experts in the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries selected the winners in a two-stage vote. Readers of CIJ EUROPE magazine, which announces the awards, were also involved in the voting.

The construction of another tower of Sky Park starts

Developer Penta Real Estate has officially announced that it is starting the construction of a further tower in the Sky Park project. The Sky Park Residence 4 building, ie an apartment tower, which will be located east of the already completed three identical buildings, is being built. Bratislava's downtown will be supplemented by a new high-rise building.
