The space between the Danube and the former bus station has undergone a fundamental change in recent years. Industrial halls and warehouses have disappeared and a new modern center, also known as Bratislava's downtown, is being built. Developer Penta Real Estate has officially announced that it is starting the construction of a further tower in the Sky Park project. The Sky Park Residence 4 building, ie an apartment tower, which will be located east of the already completed three identical buildings, is being built.
