Along with the completion of the administrative building and the unveiling of the facade of the new tallest residential tower in Slovakia, the Klingerka project will also create a city park. The new park on the borders of the Ružinov and Staré Mesto districts will extend from the car park by the residential tower to the development of family houses. It will offer residents and visitors near the Apollo Bridge a public space and a place to relax and sports.

Soon, the color scheme of the building, which should associate the jute bags with a link to the original factory, should be full.
